FDDI stands for
footwear design and development institute which offers variety of courses in
the field of footwear and leather good development and design. It offer undergraduate,
post graduate an integrated courses in various design and development
technology.
With a growing
demand for various courses offered by FDDI,
there are more and more students who are expressing keen interest to pursue
these courses. Therefore the institute holds a joint entrance exam known as
AIST based on which the students can seek admission in various courses.
AIST exam this
year will be held on 7th June-9th June 2017 which will be
a computer based exam and will be an objective type exam for which the students
will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer and no negative mark for any
wrong answer. Therefore it is advisable to attempt all the questions
irrespective of whether you know the answer or not.
Exam is a time
based exam and the exam gets automatically shuts off once the time is over
therefore time management plays a very important role in cracking the exam/.In order
to master the exam it is very important to sit for mock exam which helps the
student understands the pattern of the exam and prepares them to finish the
exam in a stipulated time limit.
Based on the exam,
students who are able to clear the exam are called for counselling where they
are allowed to select their choice of institute along with the course which
they are interested in. There are several campuses all across India which
offers several courses. Keeping in demand the immense demand for courses in
footwear design and development, FDDI
has decided to open yet another 5 additional campuses by the end of the year.
