FDDI to open more institutes by year end

The entrance exams for footwear design and development institute are in full swing, there are large number of students who sat for the entrance exam for various course in footwear design and development institute. Today is the last exam and the result will be declared shortly.
Once the results are declared then the students who have cleared the exam will be called for counselling and they would be provided the campus and the course of their choice. This year the demand for various courses in footwear and leather design courses have been at an upsurge.
There have been record number of candidates who have applied for these courses and the competition is cut throat. Keeping in mind the increasing demand for various courses, Footwear design and development institute plans to open 5 additional institutes all across India so that more and more candidates get an opportunity to pursue these course.
There have been a vast demand of leather goods and footwear, not only from India but also from the rest of the world. But the sad part is that in spite of having all the raw material and valuable resources India is unable to convert the demand .The reason behind this is lack of skills. Therefore FDDI aims at training more and more students so that they are able to understand the requirements and full fill the international demand.

In the recent past FDDI had seen some bad days when it got trapped in the FDDI degree mamla but now it has been resolved and ever since the previous batches have done very well and have a lucrative career today. Now the future of this industry is very bright and there is no looking back therefore more and more candidates are looking to pursue this career in the long run.
